You are responsible for activities performed through your account.

3. Acceptable Use

As a result, we cannot guarantee that every third-party integration will always remain available or operate without interruption.

6. Subscription & Payment

Subscription prices, billing periods, features and applicable taxes will be displayed during the purchasing process or communicated through an applicable agreement.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of paid services.

7. Free Trials

13. Disclaimer

Analyse Leads provides software designed to help businesses manage and analyse lead information. The platform does not guarantee:

• A specific number of leads
• Sales conversions
• Revenue
• Advertising performance
• Marketing ROI
• Customer acquisition results

Business results depend on many factors, including advertising strategy, sales processes, market conditions and customer behaviour.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Analyse Leads will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from the use or inability to use the service.

Any additional limitations may be specified in a customer agreement or applicable subscription terms.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the service after applicable changes may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of India, unless a separate written agreement with a customer provides otherwise.

The appropriate jurisdiction should be finalized based on the registered location of the business and reviewed by legal counsel.
